• All orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days of the date an order is placed.
• Currently we only sell to US customers; we ship anywhere in the US.
• Shipping is free for all orders of $100 or greater.
• Shipping costs of $10 are charged on all orders that are less than $100.
• All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
• Anticipated delivery time is 10 to 14 business days from date of order.

• We accept returns of items that were incorrectly delivered.    
  • Where we have shipped the incorrect item, we will pay for all shipping costs associated with item pickup and shipment of the correct item.
  • Upon receipt of incorrectly shipped item, we will send the correct item.
• We accept returns of any defective items.
  • All defective items must be identified as such and communicated to us within 3 business days of receipt.
  • We will pay for all shipping costs associated with item pickup and shipment of a replacement item.
  • Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will send a replacement item.
• All defective or incorrectly shipped items must be returned in original packaging.
• All returns of items said to be defective will be inspected upon arrival.
• We do not accept returns for refund.  A return for refund policy has not worked in the past due to the fact that some people take advantage of such a policy.
• We make every effort possible to provide detailed product information including washing and care instructions, fabric details, and detailed sizing guidelines.  We answer all product enquiries via e-mail or phone in a timely manner.
  • We have found that our strategy of educating customers to this extent on the products they are shopping for has eliminated the need for returns for refund.
• Please ensure that all product information is read, sizing guidelines are followed, and please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions prior to or subsequent to purchase.
